Condo-tel financing is getting easier!If you own or are buying a unit in a building that accomodates short term rental activity, your property will be viewed as a condo-tel, like it or not. The last few years condo-tel financing has been harder to come by, mainly because Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (who provide the majorityof the financing in the US) won't lend on such properties.
